C&C member Luis Schenoni, Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in the Department of Political Science, has published a discussion paper with the United States Institute of Peace. The paper is co-authored with Gary Goertz (University of Notre Dame) who shared some of his work with the C&C group earlier this year, Paul F. Diehl, and Andrew Owsiak (University of Georgia).
The paper presents news ways to track violent conflict over time, providing conflict barometers for interstate and civil conflict, respectively.
